By purchasing a plan on QuickSite you agree to these terms.

Service

QuickSite designs, builds and hosts a single-page website for your business based on the details you provide. The website stays online for as long as your plan is active.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have the right to use all text, logos and photos you send us, and that your business is lawful. We may refuse or remove websites with illegal, misleading or offensive content.

Payments & renewal

Plans are prepaid for the selected period (monthly or yearly). If a plan is not renewed, the website is paused until payment is received. Content is kept for at least 60 days after expiry.

Custom domains

Domains are bought and owned by you from your own registrar. We are not responsible for domain renewals or DNS settings at your registrar.

Liability

We work hard to keep websites online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current plan period.
