Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not happy with your website, tell us within 7 days of payment and before the website goes live, and we will refund you in full.

After your website is live, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime by simply not renewing.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
